Welcome to the application suite operated by AI BRAINS LABS LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions designed to assist users with life planning (travel, events, special moments), education, and productivity.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications and software services provided by AI BRAINS LABS LLC. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We practice Data Minimization. We only collect what is strictly necessary to make the AI helpful and to facilitate the specific services you request (such as subscriptions).

A. Account Information (Adults/Parents)

• Registration: To create an account, we collect your Email Address and Name.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymized data on how you interact with our apps (e.g., features used, timestamps, crash logs) to improve app stability and user experience.

B. Child Profiles (Educational Apps Only)

• Parent-Managed: Accounts for our AI Tutor service are created and managed strictly by a Parent or Legal Guardian.
• Minimization: We request an Alias (Nickname), Grade Level, and School District to customize the curriculum.
• Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a nickname (e.g., "Student A") rather than the child's full legal name.

C. User Content (The Chat)

• Inputs: We process the text queries, prompts, and details you provide to the AI. This includes:
  • Planning Apps: Dates, locations, budget preferences, and event details.
  • Tutor Apps: Homework questions and academic topics.
• Sensitive Data Warning: Please do not input sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—such as credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health data—into the chat interface.

D. Advertising & Financial Data (New)

To support our free services and subscription features, we collect:

• Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) and IP address.
• Purchase History: Subscription start/end dates and renewal status. We do NOT store or process your actual credit card numbers; this is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Generate AI Responses: Process your inputs to provide itineraries, event concepts, or tutoring explanations.
• Manage Subscriptions: Verify your "Pro" status to unlock premium features and remove ads.
• Display Advertising: Serve relevant non-personalized or personalized advertisements (in non-educational apps only) to support the free tier of our service.
• Parental Reporting: In our Educational Apps, we use chat logs to generate activity reports for the Parent Account holder.
• Service Improvement: Analyze anonymized interaction patterns and crash logs to fix bugs.
• Safety & Security: To detect fraud and prevent the generation of harmful content.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share strictly necessary data with trusted third-party service providers to operate our App.

A. AI Processing (Enterprise Security)

• Provider: Google Cloud Vertex AI (Enterprise Edition).
• Data Shared: User text inputs (Chats).
• Privacy Guard: Your inputs are NOT used to train Google's public AI models. They remain confidential to our specific application instance.

B. Advertising (Ad-Supported Tier)

• Provider: Google AdMob.
• Data Shared: Device Advertising IDs, IP address, performance data (e.g., did you click an ad?).
• Purpose: To display banner and interstitial advertisements in our Lifestyle/Travel apps.
